1. App license and operator

Stable Video is provided by Glayzer LLC. The iOS app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These service terms supplement that license for Stable Video’s cloud features. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. The files and instructions you provide

You are responsible for the photos, videos, prompts, and other material you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use them, including permission to use another person’s face or likeness where applicable. Do not submit material that is unlawful, invasive of privacy, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or intended to impersonate someone harmfully.

You keep the rights you have in your own material. You give us and the providers needed to run the feature permission to process that material solely to operate the service, generate the requested result, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. 3. Templates and AI results

Templates describe the required inputs and determine the selected model and instructions. A photo template may create a photo; a video template may create a video. Some scenes require multiple photos in a specific order so the intended roles are matched correctly. The Swap tool can use a video and the ordered photos and instructions that you choose.

AI results may contain errors, changed details, visual artifacts, or unexpected likenesses. Preview and review every result before publishing it. A template preview describes an intended effect and is not a guarantee of an identical result. We may change, hide, or remove templates where needed.

4. Pricing and purchases

Creation and purchases are currently disabled for public use. If they are enabled, the app will show the amount to be charged before you confirm a creation. Available balance and purchase options are maintained by the service; Apple processes in-app purchases and provides its own purchase and refund rules. A failed or unresolved creation may need investigation before a reserved amount can be settled correctly. No charge is implied merely by browsing a template or opening this website.

5. Saving and sharing

Your private library is visible through your anonymous app identity. If you save a result to your device or share it through another app, that copy is outside our private library and the receiving service’s own rules apply. A template link may be shared publicly; it opens an available template in Stable Video or a public preview page. It does not give others access to your private uploads or completed result.

6. Availability and changes

Stable Video is in invited testing. Features may be limited, unavailable, or changed while technical and billing checks are completed. We may restrict activity that threatens the service or other people’s rights. Keep copies of important exports because the app is not an archival storage service.
